Welcome to Realtor Recon LLC (“Realtor Recon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, software platforms, services, tools, or related systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use our services.

1. Use of Services

Realtor Recon provides software platforms, market intelligence, property-related data, business development tools, CRM-style functionality, public-data aggregation, and related business services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You may not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Resell, redistribute, scrape, duplicate, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission

  • Interfere with platform functionality or security

2. Data Accuracy & Availability

Information provided through Realtor Recon may be compiled from public records, third-party sources, automated systems, or other external providers.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Availability

  • Timeliness

  • Reliability of any data or information presented

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it for business or personal decisions.

Platform features, data availability, and services may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. No Guarantees of Results

Realtor Recon is an informational and business software platform only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Appointments

  • Business growth

  • Customer acquisition

  • Conversion rates

  • Specific outcomes of any kind

Results vary based on user activity, market conditions, competition, sales ability, geographic territory, and numerous other factors outside our control.

4. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Billing renews automatically

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges

  • Partial billing periods are generally non-refundable

Failure to maintain payment may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Removal of platform features

  • Reassignment of territory or ZIP exclusivity, if applicable

5. ZIP Code & Territory Exclusivity

Certain subscription plans may include geographic or ZIP-based exclusivity.

Exclusivity applies only while:

  • The subscription remains active

  • Payments remain current

  • The account remains in good standing

If a subscription lapses, is canceled, or becomes delinquent, Realtor Recon reserves the right to reassign those territories or ZIP codes to other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, systems, workflows, branding, designs, databases, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by Realtor Recon LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or resold without prior written permission.

7. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number through our websites, forms, account registration, or direct communication with Realtor Recon LLC, you consent to receive SMS communications related to:

  • Customer support

  • Account notifications

  • Service-related updates

  • Onboarding assistance

  • Follow-up communications regarding inquiries or services

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@realtorrecon.com.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtor Recon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from:

  • Use of the platform

  • Inability to use the platform

  • Reliance on data or information

  • Service interruptions

  • Errors or omissions

  • Third-party services or integrations

Use of the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including payment processors, analytics tools, hosting services, communication providers, and data vendors.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, actions, or content of third-party services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
