Realtor Recon User Agreement
Effective Date: The date of your initial payment submission.
1) Service Description
Realtor Recon provides curated lead data and market-intelligence dashboards for internal business use only.
2) Delivery
Your dashboard login and first lead set will be delivered within 3–5 business days of signup.
3) Billing & Cancellation
Billing begins on the date of payment and recurs monthly.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within the first 3 calendar days after initial payment. After this window, all charges are non-refundable and non-prorated.
Cancellation: Requires 14 days written notice sent by email to james@realtorrecon.com or support@realtorrecon.com prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide timely written notice will result in continued charges.
4) ZIP Exclusivity
ZIP codes are exclusive only while billing is current. Failure to pay forfeits exclusivity and access. Exclusivity applies only to the contracted ZIPs, not surrounding areas.
5) Restrictions
You may not resell, extract, share, or redistribute data from Realtor Recon without written approval.
6) Accuracy Disclaimer
Due to the dynamic nature of listings and public records, Realtor Recon cannot guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of property data. Permit data in particular relies on third-party county databases and may be delayed, incomplete, or missing. Clients are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
7) No Guarantees
Realtor Recon makes no guarantee regarding results, lead quality, or closed deals. This service is strictly a prospecting tool.
8) Third-Party Tools
Realtor Recon does not provide support for third-party services such as Slybroadcast. Any issues with those tools must be resolved directly with the provider.
9) Platform Changes
Realtor Recon may change delivery methods, tools, or features without notice.
10) Legal
This agreement is governed by Florida law. Citrus County, FL is the exclusive legal venue for any dispute.
11) Force Majeure
Realtor Recon is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, outages, or unforeseen events.
12) Marketing Consent (Optional)
You agree to let us showcase your success unless you opt out in writing.
By signing, you agree to all terms above, including the 3-day refund window, 14-day cancellation policy (via email), and data/permit disclaimers.
